1. Agreement
By accessing or using Digital Wine Expo ("Platform"), operated by Oenognosia, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Digital Wine Expo is a permanent B2B digital marketplace connecting wine producers (wineries) with international trade buyers (importers, distributors, retailers). The Platform provides digital stands, inquiry management, virtual tasting scheduling, and related trade tools.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform
- One account per winery or importer entity is permitted
4. Membership Tiers & Payments
The Platform offers the following membership tiers for wineries:
- Basic โ Free listing with limited features
- Premium โ Paid annual subscription at โฌ499/year
- Elite โ Paid annual subscription at โฌ899/year
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are annual and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. User Content
By submitting content (winery profiles, wine listings, images, documents), you grant Oenognosia a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share all submitted content.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harvesting user data or scraping the Platform
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Platform
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform design, code, branding, and content not submitted by users is the exclusive property of Oenognosia. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Oenognosia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
